When Knuckle deals combat damage to a creature, prevent that damage. Instead add a number of Tax counters equal to the damage prevented this way. Creatures get +1/+1 for each Tax counter on them. At the beginning of each player’s upkeep if they control a creature with a Tax counter put a tax counter on it. Bankruptcy - If the Number of Tax counters on a creature is greater then that creature’s base power, remove all tax counters and put a number of stun counters on that creature equal to number of Tax counters removed.
