Menace
Whenever another creature would die, you may
pay {3}. If you do, put it under Kuralsh. They
combine into the creature on top plus all abilities
from under it. Otherwise, put a number of
+1/+1 counters on Kuralsh equal to the
creature's toughness.

don't control.
