When Kiro enters the battlefield you may put a dragon blood counter on target creature.
Divine Heritage- When a creature with a dragon blood counter on it dies, return it to the battlefield. Dragon blood counters do not go away when a creature dies.
Dragon Rot- Other creatures get -1/-1 for
each dragon blood counter on the battlefield.
