Whenever a creature is dealt damage by Kushala, Weaver of Storms put 2 blight counters on it. Creatures with blight counters lose all abilities
and takes an additional X damage from all
sources, where x is equal to the amount of blight
counters it has.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, remove
a blight counter from all permanents that player controls.
