: At the beginning of your upkeep, put a loyalty counter on Kyn, the Consuming Vale. Then sacrifice a creature. If you can't, you lose 3 life.
-1: Return a creature card or land card from your graveyard to your hand. You lose life equal to it's converted mana cost.
-1: Each player sacrifices a land or discards a card. You lose life equal to the number of lands put into each graveyard this way.
