+1: Put a chaos counter on target permanent. When that permanent leaves play prevent all damage to permanents you control until end of turn.
-3: Destroy target permanent. If the permanent had a chaos counter on it you gain 2 life and draw a card.
-9: Gain control of all permanents with a chaos counters. The permanent gains: "When this leaves play gain 5 life and draw three cards."
