La+ Darknesss

When La+ Darkness enters the battlefield,
surveil X.
At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal the top
card of your library. You lose life equal to it's
mana value and put it into your hand. If it's a
creature repeat this process.
{x}{g},{t}: Creatures in your hand cost {x} less to
cast until end of turn.
