Lady Agia

When Lady Agia enters the battlefield, exile
target creature an opponnent controls until Lady
Agia leaves the battlefield. That creature leaves
exile with one -1/-1 counter on it for each soul
counter on Lady Agia. (If Lady Agia is dead or
exiled, use the number of soul counters it had when it
left the battlefield).
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a soul
counter on Lady Agia.
