card. Until the end of your turn, that card costs

card costs {2} more to cast for any player.
Claudia, the Fifth of her Line has taken mostly
after her mother. She keeps up with the Queen in
royal matters, and regularly addresses the People
often on her own. In addition, she has made a fine
Oracle, which is one of the highest positions in the
faith of the crown.
