Whenever Lady Patience blocks, target opponent faces a friendly choice. That opponent chooses one:
•That opponent draws a card, then discards a card. If they do, Lady Patience gets +1/+3 until end of turn
•That opponent gains 1 life. Then, you may cast a creature spell with mana value 3 or less from your hand without paying its mana cost.
