Lady Wachter, Ever-Watchful

When Lady Wachter enters the battlefield, look
at the top six cards of target opponent's library.
Put three cards on top of their library, and three
on the bottom. You may put them in any order.
On target opponent's next draw step, you may
also draw a card.
