Lagoon Grapplers

Whenever another permanent enters the battlefield, its controller reveals the top card of
his or her library. If the revaled card is a creature
or enchantement card, put a +1/+1 counter
on Lagoon Grapplers. If the revealed card is an
instant or sorcery card, you may draw, then
discard a card. If the revaled card is a land or
artifact card, tap or untap target permanent its
owner controls.
