Whenever an instant, sorcery, or artifact goes into
your graveyard, or you discard a card, instead, you
may put it into exile with a Tome counter on it.
Cards in exile with Tome counters count as a
library. If you would draw a card, you may draw a
card from any library you control. If a card with a
Tome counter on it would go into your graveyard,
remove all counters from it and exile it instead.
