Flying
When Lakitu enters the battlefield, you may sacrifice a creature with power 2 or less. When
Lakitu attacks, create a copy of the creature you sacrificed, except it has none of its abilities other
than flying, reach, deathtouch, vigilance, and/or vanishing. If you did not sacrifice a creature,
when Lakitu attacks, create a 1/1 insect Spiny creature token with When Spiny is blocking or being blocked by a creature, it does 1 damage to that
creature.
