At the beginning of your Combat Phase, move a +1/+1 counter from Lalven, Gilt-edged onto another target non token creature.
When Lalven, Gilt-edged has no +1/+1 counters on it, sacrifice target creature you control with any amount of +1/+1 counters on it and put them on Lalven, Gilt-edged.
