When Lamillen's Camarilla enters the battlefield,
you become the advisor. If you already were the
monarch or there is no monarch, target opponent
becomes the monarch.
You may watch the monarch hand and cast
instants and spells with flash from its hand
at split second speed.
Sacrifice Lamillen's Camarilla if you are not
the advisor.
