Enchanted creature gains Flying, gets +2/+2 and
becomes a dragon in addition to its other types.
Whenever enchanted creature attacks, put an outrage counter on it, and it deals 2 damage to each creature
and each opponent.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if enchanted
creature has 3 or more outrage counters, tap it and it
deals damage equal to its power to itself. Remove all outrage counters from the enchanted creature.
