Land Agreement

When Land Agreement enters the battlefield,
choose an oponent.
Whenever a land enters the battlefield under
the chosen opponents control, you may search
your library for a basic land card, and put it onto
the battlefield tapped. Then, if you control more
lands than the chosen opponent, sacrifice Land
Agreement.
