Land Development

When Land Development comes into play, create
a 1/1 red and green Worker creature token.
To tap enchanted land for mana you must first
tap an untapped worker you control.
At the beginning of your upkeep and until end of
turn, enchanted land becomes a basic land of the
type of your choice in addition to its other land
types.
