Laning

{t}: Add one mana of any color.
When Laning enters the battlefield, each player seperates their creatures they control into three
lanes, 1-3. (Creatures can only block other creatures
in their lanes. Creatures can only target or choose other creatures in their lanes. Any player may move a
creature they control to a different lane by paying {3} as a sorcery)
Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, its controller puts it in a lane of their choice.
