Lapsing Wave

For each suspended permanent card you own
in exile, create a token that's a copy of it. Those
tokens gain haste. Exile them at the beginning
of the next end step.
For each suspended instant or sorcery card
you own in exile, copy it, and you may cast the
copy without paying its mana cost.
