on that artifact. It loses all abilities as long as it is
face down.
{1}{w/u}: Put a completion counter target face down artifact you control. Whenever a face down artifact
has a number of completion counters on it equal to
or greater than its converted mana cost, exile it, then return it to the battlefield face up.
