Deal 3 damage to target tapped creature.
When that creature dies this turn, Laser Burst
deals 3 damage to the creatures controller.
If the atomic cost was paid, deal 6 damage to up
to two target tapped creatures. If a creature dealt
damage this way would die this turn,
exile it instead.
