You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage, and
an additional 2d6 Fire damage. On a hit the target
must succeed on a DC 16 Str saving throw or be
moved up to 5 feet toward you.
Once per Long Rest, as an action, you can unleash
the whip into a torrent of flame and cast Burning
Hands at 4th level.
