Last Luck Spent

When Last Luck Spent enters the battlefield,
each player discards half the cards in their hand,
then sacrifices half the artifacts they control,
then loses half their life. Round up each time.
If a player would draw a card, instead that player
skips that draw unless they discard a card,
sacrifice an artifact, or pay 4 life.
