Flying, Haste, Suspend 2—{c}{w/b}{w/b}{p/g}{p/r}{p/u}
When Last omen is put into your hand from
anywhere, reveal it and put three trample or
haste counters on up to three target permanents.
If it is your turn, put Last omen on top of your
library.
When Last omen enters the battlefield all
creatures get +X/+X until end of turn where X
is the number of trample and haste counters on
all permanents on the battlefield.
