Last Phase of the Moon

If a land would produce mana, it produces
mana equal to the number of counters on Last Phase of the Moon.
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a phase counter on Last Phase of the Moon. Then, if Last Phase of the Moon has five or more counters on it, you win the game.
