Last straw

(this spell can only be played when you have a legendary permanent on the battlefield)
Exile every permanent with mana cost X or less,
exile all cards in graveyard with mana cost X or less,
each opponent looses life equal to the amount of
cards exiled and you gain the sum of the combined
life loss.
