Lateral Flow Test

{t} Testing: Flip a coin. If heads, search
your deck for any "Covid" type card and put
it onto the field tapped. If tails, tap a
random permanent you control and also tap
any adjacent cards next to it. If the any of those cards are already tapped, destroy them instead.
