Each player puts a creature they control on top of its owner's library, then they Chance, then they may Chance again. Addendum: if you casted this during your turn, each player shuffles their graveyard into their library, then they Chance. (To chance, you discard a card with converted mana cost more than 4, then reveal cards until you reveal a card with less mana and put it into your hand.)
