Whenever a player adds mana to pool, if
that player has already added 10 or more
mana to pool during this turn, that player
pays 1 life for each mana that he or she adds.
At the end of your turn, if an opponent controls one or more lands than you, search your library for a Plains card and put it onto
the battlefield tapped.
