When Lazarus, The RISEN enters the battlefield, go to the next floor; then each player creates a number of blood tokens equal to the number of floors you've cleared.

Anemic: Whenever Lazarus becomes blocked, deal 1 damage to each creature without flying blocking Lazarus

Undying (When this creature dies, if it had no +1/+1 counters on it, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control with a +1/+1 counter on it.)
