+1: Target player chooses two cards at random from his or her hand and plays with them revealed. Each other player may draw a card.
0: Choose a player, for each revealed card in that player's hand create a 1/1 black Bird creature token with flying named Raven.
-7: Choose a revealed card or face permanent in any zone. Up to five nonland permanents each become copies of the chosen card.
