Whenever Lazy-Eye, Unstable Captain attacks or blocks, flip a coin. If you lose the flip, remove all counters from Lazy-Eye. If you win the flip, add X +1/+1 counters to Lazy-Eye where X is Lazy-Eye's power.

One may wonder how Lazy-Eye came to be the captain
of a vessel, and more so how anyone would want to be a
member of his crew. The answer to this is simple: there is
no vessel or crew. The man is simply unstable.
