When Lead The Charge enters the battlefield,
you may pay 5 life and sacrifice a permanent. If
you dont, then you sacrifice Lead The Charge.
At the beginning of your combat phase,
choose one -
• You pay {x}{x} life, and put {x} +1/+1 counters
on {x} target creatures you control.
• Creatures you control get +2/-1 until end of
turn.
