- Whenever an artifact enters the battlefield under your control, put a progress counter on Leader of Progress. Then, if Leader of Progress has three or more progress counters on it, create a new counter
of any type and put it on any target pernament.
- At the beginning of your upkeep, if Leader of Progress has five or more counters on it, you may
put an artifact card from your hand onto the battlefield.
