Leaf Stone

Whenever a creature you control leaves the battlefield, if it had any counters on it, put
those counters on Leaf Stone.

At the beginning of combat on your turn,
if Leaf Stone has counters on it, you may
move all counters from Leaf Stone onto target creature you control.
