Create a League of Target Challenge.
Players competing in the League can win
prizes, but not everyone is accepted.
Players can only reserve a spot in return
for credits. Every player pays X Credits
to join, and the prize pool contains 90%
of those credits, 10% goes to the organising
Team or Player of the specific League.
