When LeBlanc enters the battlefield, and
whenever you cast a noncreature spell, you
may put a cult counter on another target creature
you control. Creatures you control with cult
counters on them are minions in addition to their
other types.
Sacrifice a minion: Choose one —
• Return LeBlanc to his owner's hand.
• Target player discards a card.
• LeBlanc deals 1 damage to any target.
