it and create a token that is a copy of that
creature, except the token is a Vampire in
addition to its other types and isn't legendary if
that creature was legendary.
Creatures can't attack you or planeswalkers you control unless their controller pays {x} for each of
those creatures, where X is the number of
Vampire creatures you control.
