All Adults must skip a turn, because of responsibilities and such. All children must put a
card in the middle blaming someone they think
did it. Then the person with the most votes tries
to reason their case, if they succeed, they blame someone else, on and on until someone fails to
reason their case. When someone fails to reason
their case, they cannot play for two turns.
