Legendary Lich King

The Lich King has an army and a militia with a power of 10 to start.
They move 2 spaces/turn and head towards the closest player.
Whenever they defeat a player’s troops, add them to the lich’s army, increasing their power permanently.
If the Lich King’s relic is stolen the Lich King will attempt to retrieve the relic at all cost and return it to their lair.
