Legislation Changes

Each player rolls a D6, whoever has the highest
result chooses an option first and then the player
who rolled the lowest chooses next, choose until
there are no choices left (If the roll is a tie,
roll again):
~ Draw two cards
~Earn 3 profit
~Discard an Asset card you control
~Lose 2 profit
