Leia

Passive: Takes the first turn in game. Any tokens
on the same spot or within two places from Leia
are charmed and cannot receive payments from
properties (including utilities and railroads). All
such monies that would otherwise go to them
goes to Leia instead.
Active: On doubles, may instead move backward
her choice 1-12 spaces.
