When Lens of the Void enters the battlefield,
exile all non-legendary creatures. For each one
exiled this way, create two 0/1 Eye creature
tokens with flying and " {t}: scry 1"
If Lens of the Void is untapped, all permanents
and spells are colorless and all mana producing
abilities create {c} instead.
{t}: Play a spell from your hand, or exile, without
paying its mana cost.
