Lens of Truth

This magnificent item grants the power to
see the truth. While looking through the
lens, the wielder gains the effects of the
'true sight' spell. This ability is active
for up to 5 minutes per day. These 5
minutes can be divided up however the user
chooses, provided that it is active for a
minimum of 30 seconds per use.
