As Lenticulax enters, pay {2} for each time it’s been played from the command zone. If you don’t, return it to the command zone.

Whenever another land enters, you may return Lenticulax to the command zone. If you do, search your library for a Locus card and put it onto the battlefield then shuffle. If you don’t, put a cloud counter on target land. Each land with a cloud counter on it is a Locus in addition to its other types.
