+1: Add one mana of a color not used to cast Leruul. If unspent, you don't lose this mana as steps and phases end.
-3: Destroy target nonland permanent that does not share a color with the last spell you cast.
-3: Return target exiled card to its owner's graveyard. That player loses life equal to its converted mana cost.
