Let's Do the Time Warp Again!

Each player shuffles all non-token non-land permanents they control into their owners library, then for each permanent they shuffled into their library, they reveal the top card of their library, if they reveal a permanent they may put
onto the battlefield. Put the rest of the cards revealed on the bottom of their owners library.
