Letter of Fate

When Letter of Fate enters the battlefield choose target creature. Letter of Fate enters the battlefield with X safety counters on it where X is chosen creature's controller's amount of creatures that he or she controls. At the beginning of each upkeep remove a safety counter from Letter of Fate.
{t}: Sacrifice letter of Fate: destroy chosen creature, activate this ability if there are no safety counters on Letter of Fate.
